CONSUMER AFFAIRS AUTHORITY ACT, No. 09 OF 2003

Special Directon under Section 10(1)(b)(ii)

ACTING under the powers vested in it by Section 10(1)(b)(ii) of the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No. 09 of 2003, the Consumer Affairs Authority hereby directs all importers, refiners, manufacturers, stockists, packers, distributors and traders of edible Coconut oil sold in bulk or in retail in bottles or packs or containers that such edible Coconut oil shall not be blended with any other oils/oil. This Direction shall come into effect from 07th May, 2021.
