SRI LANKA EXPORT DEVELOPMENT ACT, No. 40 OF 1979

Order under Section 14

BY virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 14 of the Sri Lanka Export Development Act, No. 40 of 1979, I, Bandula Gunawardane, Minister of Trade with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, do by this Order to replace para (xvi) of the Order published in the Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 2202/6 dated November 17, 2020 as follows : (xvi) Any goods imported by any enterprise and Strategic Development Project, which invests US$ 50 million or above in each stage on a project on or after March 06, 2019, during the project implementation or construction period of the said project but prior to commencement of commercial operations. This Order shall come into effect from March 18, 2021
