PORTS AND AIRPORTS DEVELOPMENT LEVY ACT, No. 18 OF 2011

Order under Section 3

BY virtue of the powers vested in me by Sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Ports and Airports Development Levy Act, No. 18 of 2011, I, Basil Rajapaksa, Minister of Finance do hereby this Order amend Schedule III of the Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 2152/32 dated December 05, 2019 by addition to the said Schedule of the Articles specified in Column III corresponding to HS Headings and HS Codes specified in Column I and II assigned with Exemptions specified in Column IV of the Schedule hereto, with effect from August 12, 2021. The Order made under Sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Ports and Airports Development Levy Act, No. 18 of 2011 and published in the Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 2216/3 dated February 22, 2021 is hereby rescinded.
