PORTS AND AIRPORTS DEVELOPMENT LEVY ACT, No. 18 OF 2011

Order under Section 3

BY virtue of the powers vested in me by Sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Ports and Airports Development Levy Act, No. 18 of 2011, I, Mahinda Rajapaksa, Minister of Finance do hereby this Order, amend Schedule I of the Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 2152/32 dated December 05, 2019 by the addition to the said Schedule of the Article specified in the Column III corresponding to the HS Heading and HS Code specified in Columns I and II assigned with Concessionary Rate specified in Column IV of the Schedule hereto, effective from June 12, 2021.
