PORTS AND AIRPORTS DEVELOPMENT LEVY ACT, No. 18 OF 2011

Order under Section 3

BY virtue of the powers vested in me by Sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Ports and Airports Development Levy Act, No. 18 of 2011, I, Mahinda Rajapaksa, Minister of Finance do hereby this Order, amend Scheule II of the Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 2152/32 dated December 05, 2019 by the addition to the said Schedule of the Article specified in the Column III corresponding to the HS Heading and HS Code specified in the Column I and II of the Schedule hereto, effective from April 20, 2021 .
