PORTS AND AIRPORTS DEVELOPMENT LEVY ACT, No. 18 OF 2011

Order under Section 3

BY virtue of the powers vested in me by Sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Ports and Airports Development Levy Act, No. 18 of 2011, I, Mahinda Rajapaksa, Minister of Finance do hereby this Order insert the Schedule I of the Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 2152/32 of 05.12.2019 by addition to the said Schedule of the Articles specified in Column III corresponding to the HS Heading and HS Code specified in the Column I and II of the Schedule hereto, effective from February 23, 2021
